My name is Bella, I'm a social worker, a sister, a daughter, dog mum and partner, but I'm also someone on a journey of self discovery. The Gentle Path was born from this deeply personal journey, one that has been marked by trauma, difficulty with relationships, struggles with alcohol, and the often painful search for a sense of self. For a long time, I felt disconnected from who I truly was. I needed more than just coping strategies, I needed a way to come home to myself.
This desire to heal and understand led me to become a social worker, where I’ve spent years working in the areas of sexual assault, family violence, and mental health. But it wasn’t until I began really studying trauma and its deep impacts that true transformation began. I immersed myself in every form of healing I could find: hypnotherapy, meditation, kinesiology, reiki, traditional talk therapy, somatic therapy, inner child work, each one offering a new piece of the puzzle.
Through my own healing, I discovered a calling to support others walking a similar path. I began shaping a holistic, therapeutic framework that blends the wisdom of traditional and alternative approaches, rooted in compassion, presence, and trauma-awareness.
The work I do is less about fixing or pushing forward, and more about gently exploring, becoming aware, and returning to what’s already within you. I hold space for discovery, reflection, and deep reconnection, not quick fixes or surface-level change.
The Gentle Path is a space for those who are ready to reconnect, with themselves, with others, and with the parts of them that may have been lost along the way. It’s a calm, nurturing, and collaborative process where you’ll be supported to heal, grow, and gently find your way home to yourself.
