WHAT IS THE GENTLE PATH?

The Gentle Path offers trauma-informed counselling grounded in evidence-based and body-based approaches to help you reconnect with yourself and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and compassion.

As a social worker and trauma therapist, I work using both a somatic approach and traditional psychotherapy.

I support you to tune into the wisdom of your body and your mind as a pathway to healing.

Together, we can work towards releasing what’s been held, cultivating safety, regulation, and deeper self-connection.

My approach draws on modalities such as Somatic Awareness and Processing,

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based strategies to support meaningful and sustainable change at your own pace.

I’m based in Melbourne’s inner east and offer both in-person and online sessions via Zoom, so you can connect from wherever you are.
